Have gone here multiple times and things have always been wrong. It also takes about 20 minutes to get your food even if you ordered ahead and walk in and still have to verbally tell them what’s on the order even though it’s right in front of them. I watched one of the people wash their hands in the water function on the fountain. Then the manager did it… Needless to say after I had my food I did not feel well that night. Also not surprised…

First time ordering on the Mcdonald’s app, wasn’t told that it was canceled, until my brother went in to pick up the order for me. He spoke to the manager who, had attitude for no reason (for a $35 order), refused to make the order, AND refused to provide her name (said she had no business card and no name). I reported on the app and got refunded. I get it, a franchise…but, if your franchise offers app orders why all the attitude? No management accountability or explanation. Just attitude?

Honestly I’m not a huge fan of McD’s anyway but this location is a travesty. 2 stars instead of 1 since the facility is clean, but yikes. I’ve been a couple times lately due to children’s requests and laziness and the food is soo disappointing (except one visit the nuggets were amazing). Soggy unseasoned fries, incorrect orders that the staff can’t or won’t fix, stale buns. No thank you.

Unbelievable prices and to top it off got order that was specific completely wrong hard stale cold sandwiches ordered Xtra mustard and bacon missing on sandwiches but charged.
