Manager today at 11:48 am told me if I didn’t like their service to go somewhere else and refused to serve me because the cashier entered the wrong promo code into the computer and continued to have trouble figuring it out. This place should be shut down I don’t know why this location is still in business. But it’s cool I’d rather Burger King any day instead of the trash employees that don’t even speak English trying to take my order and messing up a cheeseburger get it together idiots.

After getting to the menu to place my order I waited 5 minutes to have some take my order. At the pick up window the young lady hands me an orange juice. I inform her that wasn’t mine. She just looks at me with a blank stare. I said I have 3 sweet teas. She says sweet tea ok and hands me 1 tea and nodes her head. I then repeat my order to her 2#6 and a big breakfast and 3 sweet teas. I show my receipt and realized there’s a communication barrier as she looked at the receipt and shrugged her shoulders. The entire time her coworker was standing there looking and not offering her coworker any help or myself for that matter. She looked like this is not in my pay grade. I get my food it appears to be correct. Only to get back to my hotel to find none of the teas are sweet, the sausage was missing off of one of the mcgriddles. I would have went back but why bother. My flight back home leaves tomorrow and it’s not like I will ever come back to this McDonald’s. I do see why it took long to order my food. The poor girl giving the food doesn’t understand the assignment.

Drive thru ordered double quarter pounder meal and some iced teas with special instructions on teas 2 with sugar one with no sugar and no ice and are order was correct and food was the hottest and freshest we’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. Very pleasant.

Not uncommon for them to get your order mixed up with someone else’s in the drive-thru. A lot of the staff struggles with English, so the language barrier makes communication difficult.

I got charged for the wrong order and then the store manager gived me a refund and was very kind and then I got my food the fry’s were hot and my cheese burger was good just as I ordered it!

I went in the drive through and there was a bit of a language barrier since most of them didn’t speak English and I was trying to inform them a friend of mine had an allergy to pickles and just couldn’t have them, but after about a 10min argument they gave us new burgers that still had pickles in them so we just left and went to burger King next door. I just feel like this should be handled alot better if someone has a allergy especially when the sign says please inform if a member of your party has a allergy.

I’ve never been to a less organized McDonalds in my life. There were two drive through lanes, and one was operating normally while the other one, the one we were in, was a mess. 6 cars would get their orders in the 1st line, meanwhile ours had a woman who kept repeating our (small) order back to us incorrectly. It was absolutely wild. It took 15+ minutes between pulling to the order screen until we pulled away. Never again.

Ordered a diet coke…the younger female at window added 70 cents to my total. Took my 2.00 and never gave my change. I sat there and she wouldn’t liik at me! I stayed until another worker came to window. I said she can’t steal money… several times!

Employees on a power trip? I came through the drive thru the other night. I ordered two meals both with large fries. I asked if I could have 5 ranch to go with our meals and the lady looked super annoyed by that. She stared at me for a minute and then told me no that I could have two. I was confused and even offered to pay for the extra sauce if that was the issue and she still refused. Before I could say anything else she handed me two sauces and shut the window on me. It was extremely rude and the people at this location are typically pretty nice so I was caught off guard. Like I said I offered to pay for the extra sauces so that we could enjoy our meal and was still denied. Not sure if this is a training issue or simply just someone wanting to take their day out on a paying customer but either way I won’t be returning as this isn’t the first time I’ve offered to pay for something extra ( that other locations do not ask you to pay) and had the window closed in my face.
