This is my review for Nov 5, 2022 at 2:35 pm! I wish I could give 0 stars!! Super rude and don’t know how to work! I ordered fries and asked them if it was dairy free cause you never know they may add milk to everything! The girl working there said they are and I said I really can’t have dairy and if she could make sure! She then angrily said they are. Then we asked for ketchup and she rudely moved to the next counter! I asked again and she tossed the ketchup angrily at us! I bought the fries but felt like I should double check on their website and it says it DOES contain milk!!! I am happy I checked, otherwise it would’ve been a huge problem with my 5 months old baby that I am breastfeeding and has milk allergy! I can’t emphasize how rude the lady was! Never seen this kind of behavior!!

This McDonald’s has poor customer service. The hours of operation is 5a-12a. On numerous occasions they start closing between 1115p-1130p. When ask why you can’t get something as simple as coffee, they tell you no more and get something else after you already made a purchase. They have no name tags and when ask to them to resolve your issue or speak to management they ignore you. They’re very unprofessional, rude and not customer friendly. I wouldn’t go to this location.
