Employees acted like I didn’t even exist, as I stood waiting at the register to order for st least 10 minutes or more, while I watched them all have a conversation and joking around in the back kitchen area. I could see them, they could clearly all see me. Evidently, everyone is expected to use the kiosks to order and not interact directly with a human employee in any way, shape or form. This was just one of the times I entered this particular McDonald’s, every other time was just as negative of an experience, employees are consistently rude, condescending, dismissive, etc.

This McDonald’s is horrible. We were hungry after a concert, and the parking lot was full of people asking for money and food. They would not leave us alone. They kept banging on my car window in drive-thru.

It does not matter what time, what day, if is in person, drive thru the customer service from everyone including management is terrible, the employees and management are inside but no one is taking orders long lines of cars and just overall very unprofessional I been to other McDonalds and I never experienced such a bad customer service. I’m sharing this in hopes that something can be done to have a better customer experience. A Boston resident.

Well the great, they are cortius at the window, pleasant and fast serving. Not that many 24 hr spots left. The atmosphere is different story unfortunately. Not that safe not that clean. You witness a lot illegal situations. Other than that this is the closest McDonald’s there is. Staff is great though. They have dealt with alot in the surrounding area. My hats off to them. It must not be easy. They are truly hard workers and faithful to their job. Its acknowledged.

In this McDonald’s there is no respect, the employees treat you like anyone, when you go to get an order they are not there because they give it to anyone and if you tell them to help you, the manager herself goes around and around and attends to everything except you. …. so many people in this country who want to work and those who are working there do not value their work… it would be perfect if they changed the staff that work in this company

The food and service was so-so, but this location is TERRIBLE. There were two crazy dudes strung out on drugs running around and harassing people at the drive thru. One was banging on my window demanding money. The line was not long, which is unusual for a McDonald’s at breakfast…now I see why. Avoid.

Usually this McDonald’s is on it. They work as a team and I could care less about the customer service attitude, because in the end I get my order fresh and (sometimes) out pretty quickly. Despite the location and what they usually have to deal with, they get their job done.

The person at the drive thru was the rudest I’ve experienced ever. We were trying to order, and he kept interrupting, saying “can you just complete your order?” As if trying to rush us. We were trying to, but wanted more than one thing to feed our family of 4! Sorry for the inconvenience. Then, even though they had the order correct on the screen, it was wrong when we got it. Will avoid this location from now on.
