I waited for so long to pick up an online order. A guy named Jacob that works at the front was just ignoring me. Very rude indeed. I had to talk to the manager to take care of my order. After she took care of the order she put it away. I had to ask her to bring it back to me. Incompetent management.

I got flat tire near this Mcdonalds last night at around 10pm. While waiting for a tow I went inside and ordered some fries. I needed to use bathroom but it was blocked off by chairs and tables. Asked the guy behind counter if I can use bathroom and he said no. I asked him why not but got nothing but rude response which was pretty much “can’t you see it is blocked off”. Well obviously I can see it but never answered my question as to why and how is that legal??? How does a fast food restaurant not allow paid customers to use bathroom? What if a customer has to go, everything else in area is closed after about 8:30-9pm so McDonald’s which is open until midnight is the only place open and is only place with a restroom. Tried to call today to speak to manager and after 3 calls and no answer so I gave up. Place obviously needs new management and better staff.

2 People ignored me while trying to get napkins I didn’t get when my order was given to me, an old guy with glasses just walking around saw me and just keep waling doing anything and young Asian lady was busy but still sawme standing there and didn’t asked me if I needed something, most of the tables inside were dirty I wouldn’t recommend this place.

the very worst service i have ever experienced called about a missing an item from my online order and was hung up on by the manager called back two more times after being hung up on, eventually someone else ansewred and said the manager doesnt speak english, when i asked for the managers name they said they were not there, i said thats impossible then they said the manager spoke no english which was another lie, after demanding the name of the manager or shift superviser they gave me the first name iasked for the last and they said to me they did know it, the staff was incompetent rude and extremely unprofessional. they need a clean sweep of the employess they have there in the Fresh Pond Location the manger who was extremely rude i believe her name is Magdlenar R. They don’t have water in the soda fountain and when you ask them to fill a cup with water they say no and offer you a $3 bottle of water. We ordered a large soda from the kiosk with the intent to fill it up with water but after getting the cup saw no water was available. When we asked, 2 people stood there looking confused and then told us the cup cost a dollar but water is over $3. Ridiculous. Only get the extra star because the food was standard McDonald’s quality. But no free water should be a crime.
