It took 20 minutes for a Oreo frappe and a pie. That’s after I waited at the register for a good 25 minutes. They will look over at you but won’t come take your order. They are more worried about the drive through and even when you go through the drive through you never get everything you ordered, even small orders.. or it’s wrong.

How many people get a discount here because they are a certain race to which are just like the disrespectful manager. I ordered a number 7 meal, then waited like 8 minutes as then the manager asked to see my receipt for what number I was. She says in broken English we don’t have that one showing. Then she doesn’t even give me my paid for soft drink. Place was a disaster area after a large party left the restaurant again I not saying race again but they would if it involved law enforcement. I contacted the headquarters asking to speak with the owner of that restaurant and still today no response… Don’t waste your money or time going here, go to the other McDonald’s further up Revere Beach Pkwy.

Everything deserves 0 starts ! Customer service -10000000, if your ordering in store or pick up forget it come ready to wait 20+ minutes (I’m not even exaggerating) someone next to me waited 20 minutes for a small coffee… I was baffled. Oh and the “lovely” workers look at you, and then COMPLETELY ignore us well that’s that. Enjoy this McDonald’s!

It’s 3:15 right now but when I came through the drive-thru I was told they’re not taking orders. The truth is I’m not surprised because even during the daytime the service is garbage. It doesn’t matter if it’s during business hours when everyone else is at work or if it’s after typical business hours when everybody’s out and about because the orders are always slow or not accurate. Although, I will say they had a car at the second window so maybe they cut orders after this car but online it says 3:45.
