Placed usual order on the app [that other locations in MA, NY and CT do a great job on] and had to drive around three times until it was correct. First go 4 of the 6 items missing, second time prepared other 4 items completely opposite of what was requested on app, and 3rd time asked to park by manager to explain why I had changed order!! The app order clearly stated everything clearly – but not even a hint of an apology for their incompetence. Sent feedback note but no response so posting this advice -AVOID! Definitely encourage all to use the app, as you have backup when the inevitable ‘you asked for’ run around starts.

Terrible drive-through experience. They never give out ketchup, as always. When I asked for ketchup, the young kid with a bad attitude handed me one. Oh yeah, one ketchup pack for 2 combo meals; great, thanks so much. When I asked for more, he gave me exactly two more packs. That kid must try to turn away customers from the owner so that he will basically get paid and do nothing. BTW, soon as he finished, he opened the refrigerator to open a bottle of Dasani and drank it on the spot.
