One of the formerly excellent McDonald’s locations in the area unfortunately experienced a decline in its overall service. To clarify, I want to emphasize that my dissatisfaction is not rooted in racism, nor am I professionally trained in business operations. However, it was quite inconvenient & inefficient when not a single employee at the establishment could communicate in English effectively.

This is the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to which is really unfortunate for me since its right across from my house! No matter what you order you’re gunna be waiting a long time even if you do an online order. Food is rarely hot. I sat at the window for 10 minutes while who i think was the manager had a conversation with another employee while my ice cream was sitting on the counter melting behind him. Walked in today and 3 employees were up front having a conversation paying no attention to the customers. Absolutely horrible service! If you can, go to a different mcdonalds!! However, there is one lady there (usually has her hair in a braid) and she is awesome!
