Growing pains. New staff isn’t experienced enough yet to handle mistakes they’ve made. Or be professional about it. Rolling your eyes and saying oh well and being told by your staff member your looking at the wrong order is hilariously sad. I usually give 3 chances and then go somewhere else for 6months. A 4th chance will be given just bc its my hometown McD’s but the one on rt.9 is going to be my main stop for now on.

So Iordered a 10 piece nugget meal and didn’t get my nuggets . Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with only cheese and ketchup on the burger …it came with everything on it . The last 3 or 4 times I’ve been to this drive thru your night crew has messed up the order or forgot to include mey paid for items . It’s not the customer’s responsibility to check the order once received. Not too mention cold , stale fries . This was around 9pm .
