I’ve been there twice in only 1 week, and both times, they didn’t get my order right! 1st time, they let me wait for approximately 1 minute and 32 seconds to take my order on drive-thru, milk shake machine has been broken for weeks, and definitely not the best staff, it just seems like no one wants to be there to help. I ordered a pineapple mango smoothie, and they told me to drive up and wait at the parking lot. After 4 minutes, they were able to bring it out for me. What happened to “fast” food???

Never actually open at 5am on Weekdays. It’s more like 6am and you will sit in drive through till you decide to leave before they tell you they are not open when they are supposed to be. Service sucks. Sometimes the food is fresh and hot. You have to catch it at the right time and just hope.

Waited 8-10 mins at the order here before someone took our order. Used a code to buy a sandwich and get a free drink and fries and I was told I can only get one of those items so I ended up paying 6$ for a mccrispy but couldn’t get it spicy or with bacon, when I looked at my receipt I was just rung up for the bare sandwich. If I knew they weren’t going to use my code atleast let me get the sandwich I want. I am very unsatisfied, wanting a meal, ordering a meal, expecting a meal, and getting only one sandwich after waiting way too long to even order the sandwich. To top it off, they put the regular mccrispy in a Spicy bag. What a slap in the face.
