Tried to order with the app fr their parking lot but it didn’t work kept coming up “something went wrong” so I tried 3 more times to no avail. Ordered from the kiosk 2 fish filets and a large fry for $13! Asked for “lite tarter sauce” on both and both were drenched with it and it seemed a lot smaller then it used to be and we’re cold.

Getting worse every time I go. 15 minute wait for a mobile order.The company would never know though because theyput the stickers on the bags so they can clear the screen so it looks like they are getting the food out on time. Order a cheeseburger get back to work to find no patty, just bun and cheese. Then the girl, the one who has her hair hanging all over the place while making people’s food, says she didn’t do that but she was the one making the sandwiches for in house. Examining my bread like I took the patty off myself. Nope, you never put it SANDRA. She should just be fired. Purposely messes up people’s orders. Doubt I’ll ever go back. Cheryl should just work all day, she’s awesome!

It’s McDonald’s, this is pretty standard fare. My only complaint for this location is the employees accuracy in regards to orders. Never once have they gotten an order correct if it has more than three items.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if this girl was new but I’ve never had an issue here before. She handed me my coffee and spilled it all down my sleeve and burnt my arm. She then closes the window and walks away to make another coffee. Someone else comes to the window telling me to pull forward and I’ll give you your food then. I then proceed to ask for napkins as she just burned my arm and I have coffee all over me. I find it super disrespectful she couldn’t even apologize or get napkins to help the situation.

Slow! Parked me and then came out and asked what I ordered because they cleared my order off the screen and forgot what it was. Then finally got my order and it was missing things like sauce for nuggets and straws !!!!!! Got three drinks no straws!! Waited all that time and still got things wrong and messed up.

By far the worst McDonald’s we’ve been to in the city. We ordered through the app and waited almost 15 minutes for it to be brought out. Upon arrival almost half of our order was still missing and we had to go in for the rest. Both burgers looked like they were throw together, and contained onions even though we specifically asked for no onions. The nuggets tasted funky and not at all like they should, and our drinks were only half full when given to us. I would NOT recommend coming here unless you’re doing it for a good laugh with zero expectation.

The food is fine (they seem to care about not smashing the bun unlike basically everywhere else) but the service is questionable. I got my order to go for the counter through the mobile app, and as I was on my lunch break I was short for time. I get there and all the doors are locked and they tell me I have to go through the drive through with four cars in front of me. I finally get to the window and they have ONE to-go order through the app and still ask for the order ID. Probably just standard procedure but it was insult to injury at that point.

Everytime I have gone thru the drive thru here I have always had issues with them making things that I specifically ask to not be put on my food or drinks honestly the employees and managers need to be taught properly how to do their job without attitude and being disrespectful to the customers when asked for things to be remade like they should have been to begin with
