Not going to lie, they were extremely busy when I went and it seemed a bit understaffed but the employees that were there really held it down. Looks like a very stressful environment but the employees didn’t crack and managed to pump the customers out in a timely manner I would say. Of course you have a few hecklers anytime things are busy but people let’s keep in mind it’s not the employees fault that they’re understaffed and they’re usually doing the best they can with what they have.

The only thing to dislike is when spending more than $50, you have to get a manager to approve transactions, other wise friendly staff, fast service, and food were mostly correct for the large amount of food ordered. They could work on wiping down the drink machine area as it was wet.

This location has been getting better but overall is not that great. I’d go to another fast food place if that’s what you’re in need of. Staff are kind at times, other times a bit rude and rush you or pull you and others up. In general food is sloppy and only “fresh” if your there while it’s busy.

This particular location is terrible whenever we have to go there. We used the kiosk and dined in. They didn’t bring it, had to go get it, then they forgot items. And seemed annoyed That they had to get the items. The floors were wet and dirty as were most tables. This wasn’t a one off experience there, but the norm. 1/4 pounder wasn’t made to order but was overcooked cold and rubbery . Not a good time.

Every time I visit im told to pull forward , no receipt is given and then it’s a hassle when you order your food a certain way , you wait 20 minutes for them to bring it out and it’s still wrong . I was not given correct order although I was quickly charged for it. I ordered a 2B large with lettuce tomato and ketsup only. I was given was given 2a medium. I was told to wait for order an employee came out with order corrected the drinks with excellent customer however I did not received my burger correct therefore it was inedible it had pickles and mustard and no beacon.
