Why are the exterior lights never on at night at this location? I think I know why thanks to family who works for them, to steer away any would be customers from coming in. The only indication you might get is seeing cars in the drive thru line waiting at the drive thru window. Otherwise, the Golden Arches are blanketed in complete darkness along with the whole lot for that matter. Might as well follow suit like your former neighbor Wendy’s and shut the doors shut it down.

It’s tough to rate because I’m sure they have trouble staffing and turnover is probably really high. But the people at both windows today had a very hard time with my order. When I tried to explain they just said OK and made the order wrong anyway. Luckily a manager or cook or someone came up and fixed it. Probably was the only person there that had any seniority. I’ll go back when my kids want a Shamrock shake but I’m done with this location otherwise.

My wife ordered online. When she brought it home there was an item missing. Yes, she should have checked the bag before leaving. I brought everything back and asked them to remake it. Before leaving I checked the bag, but didn’t know what was included in a certain meal. I asked the employee if everything was in the meal. He ensured me it was. When I got home her meal was actually missing a burger. This isn’t the first time an item was missing.
