Great little McDonald’s that’s clean. Plus side is the covered outdoor patio – great when you have a dog and it’s raining that day. Wifi signal is strong outside as well so a big plus. Fast service with self order kiosks and a stone throw from Kittery Premium Outlets that open at 10am every day.

Great staff! Clean dining room. Very friendly and helpful. Had a very nice young lady help my daughter and I place our orders at the kiosk. Another woman brought our food to the table with a smile. Another employee saw I was with my daughter and ask if he could fill my drink for me. When we were done the first woman we saw came by and asked to take our tray. Very professional. They have hired some good people.

My sons go-to treat is a Saturday morning McDonald’s breakfast sandwich. I use the app which makes it 2$ and he adds breakfast sauce. Easily the most OG underrated breakfast sandwich of any fast food establishment. We love the staff at our local kittery McDonald’s. One night my husband forgot his wallet after getting to the window and they let us come back and pay later. The employees are so friendly at this location and anytime we’ve gone inside the place is very well kept and clean.

Food was hot, even the fries! Service was quick and friendly. They gave me a cup of water for my dog, too. The only thing wrong was whoever got the food together didn’t put ketchup in the McNugget Happy Meal, even though it was on the screen, so I had to go in for it after going through the drive thru. Everything and everyone else at this location was great.

We went inside on this trip, coming through the back door. It smelled like a dirty bathroom through at least half of the building. One of us had to use the women’s bathroom and it was clean. We self-ordered takes longer and had to get out own fountain drinks. However, the little interaction we had with the staff was pleasant. The food was ho-hum for the price. It cost a bit over $30 to feed 2.5 people which wasn’t a good value for the quality of food McDonald’s serves.

Major issues with their wifi often prevents you from ordering off the app. It is a constant issue that I find very frustrating as you are unable to order off the deal/rewards on the app which of course leads to a higher cost. There does not appear to be much urgency in saving the customers a few bucks. The drive through is often backed up and the parking lot is tight.

Unfortunately, I stood at the front counter where the registers are located for over 5 minutes before I was able to get the attention of an employee just so I could place a food order. After placing my order I noticed 2 kiosks off to the side to place an automated order. If McDonald’s WON’T acknowledge it’s patrons waiting at the front counter next to the registers there should at least be a sign of some sort to explain that they will not acknowledge your existence unless you use the kiosk board!

Went on Sunday. Ordered 3 happy meals and a quarter pounder ketchup and onion only no cheese. Kid came to the window and said qp extra cheese. I said no no cheese. He said kidding haha. Drove around the corner opened and yup had cheese. Had to goin and wait while all the rest of our food got cold. Nothing worse than cold fries. Didn’t think the kid at the drive up was funny at all and then to actually have cheese on it made me more mad!!
