We were asked to wait in one of the spaces behind the drive-thru yet were unable to back up to get to it due to everything being backed up. Then proceeded to wait in that spot for over 25 minutes and when the order did finally come out it was wrong. When I went in to correct it, I noted that they were, in fact, fully staffed. The staff there today were rude and had zero bedside manners.

Saw someone say, “if you been to one you’ve been to them all,”. Couldn’t be more wrong, I went to the location on Broadway in Bangor, the burgers were a night and day difference from Dover’s. The burgers here are consistently stale, cold, and just plain gross . Bread was extremely stale(like it was sitting out for hours), they forgot a drink and a fry on our order, had to walk back in. I understand they’re short staffed or whatever, but don’t get the burgers here. mcflurries and coffees are alright though, stuff like that.
