Placed an online order minutes ago and my fries were missing! This is the 2nd time I’ve missed items in my order, the 1st time I let it go, but this time I called within 5 minutes of getting home, and told them I would get it next time, but was told if I wasn’t wasting my gas by going back AGAIN that I would have to fill out some form (yes a form) for their mistake!! Anyone reading this for online or drive through orders definitely check them! They obviously are mismanaged, and only care about herding the cows. Lesson learned . The kid that delivered the food was extremely polite.

Just placed a curbside order yesterday morning and a lady by the name of Joanne brought out my order super fast and the food was still so hot I was amazed at the fast and friendly service. I definitely will use this service again and hope all are as good as her. Ps. She actually apologized for my wait when I hardly waited at all. It’s nice there are still kind people in service.

Such a long wait in the drive thru. Pretty sure it was almost 25 minutes from the time entering the dt line to receiving food. Fries were fresh the other food not so much. Originally went to order inside where several other customers and myself were directed to use the kiosk which would have been great if I wasn’t paying with cash. All around not a very good experience here, employees including the manager seemed like the customers were a bother.
