I ordered a filet of fish meal. It was about 11.00 am. When he handed it to me, I said, ” I need to check it plz.”The filet was either old or over done.I said to the guy, “Could I please wait for both fresh filet and fries plz these are not ok to serve.” He took the bag back and was very friendly. ( I hate when they get rude with you after you pay $10. 00 for food, and it’s gross. He was so pleasant when he brought it to me he said he timed it , so they came out together. 100% service thank you!

Impressive service. Quick and Friendly. This McDonalds is clearly well run. As a delivery driver in the area I frequently visit this location and other restaurants in Rutland. The staff is always impressive at both this and the Main Street location. I believe the negative reviews are most likely the result of prime time shopping when they can fall off their game a bit, but otherwise this is a top location with consistently great service.

Not a bad place.. but definitely not the best. The food is okay, when they get your order right. I know they’re busy alot of the time, so I always take that into consideration… but I’d say ever since they stopped using the lobby my order gets messed up about 7 outta 10 times. But oh well.. i know working in fat food isn’t the easiest job so I’d never give any worker a hard time. But quality wise… their food is good, for a mcdonalds.. always fresh, in my experience.
