Employees socializing with car in front of me at drive thru while I was waiting to pay for food ordered. Left without food or paying due to inability to do so. The two employees involved obviously need more training. Wait was too long due to employees poor lack of judgement, thankfully there are other McDonald’s.

At drive up, $18.00 +, after making a very simple order, 20 pc. chicken nuggets, 2 med. fries, 2 med. diet colas, 2 double cheese burgers and 1 hamburger, came out with cold (hot) food, no napkins, no ketchup, 2 bbq sauces and MISSING 1 double c.b.! What the heck? Went around to the drive up again to the window, waiting 4 minutes, she opens window with a sour face, makes me wait another 5 minutes, hands me 2 little packets of ketchup and 1 honey mustard pack with 5 brown napkins – waited another 3 minutes for the burger~ All of them in there are exceedingly FAT. can be seen eating and drinking the profits and must be taking all the food they cheat the customers of – PLUS, VERY EXPENSIVE!!! Not worth stopping!!!!
