Food is great, the staff at this McDonald’s is very forgetful. My order is usually missing multiple items. If you call them to ask for a refund, they tell you call corporate. If you call corporate, they tell you to call the store. I’ve literally ordered a BEC on a Bagel and been handed a bag with only a hash brown in it. They forget the main course. I always order on the app for convenience and I swear it takes longer to get your food that way.

Nobody likes to see garbage in the parking lot. It’s not really McDonald’s fault, but rather the lowlife patron who’s too lazy to walk from their car to the garbage can, of which there are several. We’ve got a chicken for every pot. Give us a guard for every lot.

All fast food is hit or miss, but this McDonald’s is different. I feel like I’m always waiting at least ten minutes, but it’s worth it. Food is fresh, they never ever miss anything, and there is something about this one manager lady. She is so faithful despite looking exhausted. She deserves a raise and they all deserve a pat on the back. Plan for a delay and fresh food with a Good attitude

If the owners really cared about servicing the public, they’d fire management, hire new management, bleach the entire place to get rid of mold, maybe not hire a night manager that’s mentally ill, delusional, cusses at customers, accuses them of stealing, talks about drugs with the other staff in front of customers, plays personal loud rap music at night (all of which has been commented on previous reviews which are neglected by said owners). Maybe, hire managers with better customer service, and train staff properly. If management was better, staff morale would be, and the turnover rate would be lower. If you care about business, you’d hire more responsible individuals instead of holding onto managers with poor customer service. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down due to neglect, high turnover, poor management, and lack of hygiene (presence of mold in multiple places). Constantly getting orders wrong, and again, management appears to have poor customer service and attitude.Fresh flowers don’t make up for poor service and poor people skills. Most relevant complaints include long wait, rude management, wrong items, cold food, mold, one person complained about their food tasting like bleach. Apparently, it’s so bad the late night manager incapable of customer service actually posted a review 3 months ago about the mold, fly traps in the vicinity, and poor customer service that he was responsible for providing???

THIS LOCATION is great. They made a mistake on my order but was prompt to fix it and gave me a coupon to come back for a free meal just to say thank you for my business. Which I did come back and THEY DID redeem my coupon. That’s why I’m giving them 5 stars for excellent customer service. If they make a mistake they’ll make it right just need to give them a chance.

Passed through and stopped for a quick bite (drive through). Everything was correct on and screen ($30 worth of food), but when we opened up down the road our spicy deluxe sandwich wasn’t spicy nor deluxe (despite the label on the wrapper), the additional I paid to sub ketchup and mustard with Mac sauce was only on one burger (number 7 comes with two burgers and was on the label on the wrapper), and our sauce wasn’t included. To pay that much money and have every single item you ordered have an issue isn’t right.

Just one employee. Just one! We frequently stop by this location for morning drinks and sometimes hashbrowns. But the older lady that works here many mornings that runs the drive thru is just absolutely rude. Grey hair always in a pony tail. No hiding she doesn’t want to be there. Short with everyone. Even snooty at times. She asked if we wanted cream and sugar. I said no thank you. She replies with “I was just asking!”
