Admittedly, I’m a “Boomer”. We were a generation that appreciated a good work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude with the public whether we were in entry level positionsor CEOs of corporations. That’s why today, while my husband and I were waiting for our order, I appreciated the shift manager who was aggressively demanding servers comply to Corporate’s mandate to wear aprons. HOWEVER, it was a discussion better done privately in a quick shift meeting or sent in a memo, not ranted in full volume with unrelenting verbal smackdowns in front of customers who are just relaxing with their meals and trying to hold conversations. It was so distracting, we asked for bags to take our food out to eat in the car. But, kudos to the shift manager for carrying about quality and compliance. That’s better than we are experiencing in many other places. Would also add that this was the tremendous McDonald’s we’ve ever seen with it’s snappy modern decor and self-ordering/paying kiosks.

I can’t remember the last time I went here and they didn’t screw anything up. There doesn’t seem to be any type of dress code so it barely looks like anyone got dressed for work. Visited here recently with a friend. I tried to order apple pie as it’s one of the only true vegetarian options offered by McDonald’s (surprisingly). They did not have any nor did they have Milkshakes! My friend also ordered a mcdouble and fries. She received her meal with no ketchup and the 2 thinnest patties I’ve ever seen Together they did not even add up to the size of one burger. She ended up having to go inside to get her ketchup. Also customers were parking at the end of the drive thru to sit and eat instead of the parking spaces ‍♀️ I don’t come to this area often, maybe it was an off day, but hopefully you guys restock or something soon.
