Restaurant is always dirty and floors greasy as **** fry’s once in 2 out of 15 visits will be hot. Cheeseburgers: the top bun is usually Slid off to the side of the rest burger and the wrapper isn’t thoroughly tight ( watch how you pull it out from the to go bag ) gotta ask for a receipt from drive thru. I will be going to another location, that has a little more pride in cleanliness and service.

When I came here, I went through the drive through. Ordered my food which was a special of either a 10 piece mcnugget or a big Mac. I order the 10 piece, went and paid, and they didn’t read back what the order was and just told me the price. I paid, and then naively didn’t ask for a receipt. When I went to pick up my food, the gentleman read back my order, to which he said the incorrect items (a big Mac instead of a 10 piece mcnugget). I corrected him saying that it is supposed to be the 10 piece special, to which he apologized and said he would fix it which I appreciated. When I got the order, I expected it to be fixed so I drove off. Once I checked, it was not fixed and was the incorrect order. I also got 2 fries and 2 shakes, for which the fries were cold and soggy, and the shakes did not have straws to drink them with. Looked up reviews afterwards and it appears that a lot of people have had a similar experience.

I went inside to use the bathroom and it was completely unapproachable. The garbages are over flowing and there is blood visible inside one of the stalls! Never again. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!! Corporate is a total waist of time as well. I have never been so disgusted in all my life with the conditions and how they handled the situation. I tried tell the manager at the time and she just looked at me smiled and continued on her cellphone conversation as if she couldn’t be bothered. I’m sure channel 3 news would love this, maybe then someone will finally clean that horrid facility.

Ordered a 10pc McNugget meal and when we got to the window they guy listed our other order items and a “Big Mac” we said that the Big Mac meal was supposed to be the 10 pc meal instead. He acknowledged this and said he would fix that and to give him a second he came back with a new bag and we drove off thinking it was fixed… nope, Big Mac was still in the bag and no nuggets. I know it’s fast food but it wasn’t even busy and he acknowledged it was wrong and said he’d fix it!!!

Total disaster in this place. Never got a receipt from the kiosk. Manager and tech support couldnt reprint. Employees standing around playing with rubix cube when i clearly had the assistance light lit. Three if them playing. Every table was dirty. Even packaging had mustard covering it. Manager was ineffective. No quality control here. Call going to corporate on this place. Got a receipt before leaving but isnt showing my debit card transaction or amount
