I went with my boyfriend and friend and they ordered food but I did not. I had already eaten. However, I did snag some fries from my bf. Delicious as per usual. As a McDonald’s, this location tends to be pretty good. Recently, I’ve found they’ve been out of some of the dessert materials myself and my friends have tried ordering (like ice cream or a millshake). All around, no complaints. Just your average McDonald’s.

I don’t expect fast food to be top of the line food or service. Even those standards were not met at my last two experiences at this establishment. I went here a month ago and I got lemonade. It was changed quickly but they didn’t calibrate it before giving me my drink so I got a very weak drink. I wouldn’t really care but lemonade is an up charge so I’d want what I pay for. Today I went there for a mcchicken and got my husband new jalapeño bacon quarter pounder. He got lemonade which was again just water with a little lemon. I’ve worked at McDonald’s for several years myself so I get how you do have to park people but it was not even busy in the slightest. When I got my food, it seemed the worker (manager possibly?) when I told them about the lemonade knew that they gave me a weak drink as she replied as such “I know” then didn’t offer to get us a new lemonade just asked what else he wanted and snapped her fingers immediately afterwards like she had better places to be. I would have personally gotten written up if I was rude to anyone like she was to me. She came back out with a sprite and was nice to us out of nowhere. This is the closest McDonald’s to my area but I may skip going there after that interaction.

I don’t EVER leave reviews usually just read them however my last visit has caused this Horrible Customer service I live right down the street so it’s my go to McDonald’s near me but everytime I go there ether my order is made wrong or the cashiers are just rude. This last time I waited in the Drive-through for 20min only to be told they don’t accept cards at the moment.

There at 8:45. Was clean, sevice was great. The only reason no 5 stars was it was as cold as a walk in freezer. They could not turn the ac off as the manager was not on site and no one else had control of the thermostat. You can see by the condensation on the glass how cold it was in there. 75⁰ outside.

I came in to have them re-make a chicken sandwich I bought for my husband the might before. The shift manager was delightful, and apologized profusely when it was made wrong. Again. But I wasn’t bothered by the kitchen adding the 3 ingredients that they forgot, because she was genuinely kind. After dinner is my favorite time to stop in, especially if I am there to get work done. As an Ex-Friendly manager, I end up observing employees, making note of things that need help, but also good things. Then I try to come in person to talk to the head Managers. Not only McDonalds, but other restaurants. Managers rarely get to spend time watching and listening to people that they hired, or workers already there before they started. Oftentimes, managers only hear complaints. I will also complain if necessary, and if a shift manager is treating the staff or customers poorly. I don’t hesitate to pull them aside and tell them that they need to step back, cool down, and rethink why they are in the customer service industry, especially front of the house, when they seem to not enjoy leading others, or dealing with the public. The Uncasville McDonalds has a great female manager, and a growing number of excellent, caring, employees. Stop by an if for some reason your order has an error, just let someone know. It will be fixed.

So disgusted with this place. One of the breakfast sandwich’s in my order was wrong, it was supposed to be egg and cheese on a biscuit. They gave it to us with bacon on it, so my fiancé tells an employee named Miner and he took the bacon off the same sandwich and give it back!!! We only knew because there was still pieces of bacon on it!! He went inside and they already knew what the issue was, and not one person even apologized!! I haven’t eaten bacon my entire life and if I ended up eating this sandwich not realizing there was bacon on it, I would’ve been soooo upset! Not to mention that’s not how you go about making a customers sandwich wrong!!! Do not recommend.
