Service was extremely slow through the drive thru. Found my french fries cold and disgusting. my fish fillet was overcooked and tasted burnt. The only good thing was the coffee and apple pie. I usually eat there at least 3 times a week and breakfast is normally good but this was 11:30am the food should have been hot and fresh. I won’t eat lunch there again

They are so slow. I ordered a small fries and an iced tea. 35 minutes later I asked them to just give me my money back. After another 5 minutes of watching them try to figure out how to refund me, I walked out. I would have been more understanding if they were short-handed, but they were not. They just kept screwing up the orders.

First McDonald where they actually got the orders correct, staff was friendly and polite. And a pleasant surprise. I told the manager that the lady at the counter gave me the first positive experience I’ve had going to a McDonald’s. Normally I dread going to McDonald’s but this time was a special occasion.
