This McDonald’s location is very clean, the floors,tables,men’s room, kiosks, windows etc. And excellent service and smiles from the staff what a pleasure dining for breakfast. i am a long haul trucker who dines at McDonald’s in every state coast to coast border to border unfortunately some restaurants are not sanitary this one is a gem keep up the great work, the woman who brought me my tray greeted me with a smile and said have a great day, I wish all restaurants were like this.

Food was done perfectly, served at the proper temperature, and special requests were followed. Service was quick and professional with a smile and gratitude. The restaurant interior was clean, large 2 section dining room with modern style decor & seating, light up interactive table, and 2 touch screens with fun, educational games on them. There are 4 kiosks for placing orders. (As of the writing of this review all 4 kiosks were in working condition). It was a little upsetting that the machine for the ice cream was down so there was no ice cream or milkshakes available on a sunny 78⁰ day in the middle of June. Such is life. All in all, great experience

McDonald’s in Cromwell is a convenient stop over for a quick meal or snack. In this visit we met up with an acquaintance and to grab a snack. Although this is not our usual McDonald’s of choice since we have one closer to home it was quite close and it is conveniently located to various shopping venues including Stop and Shop diagonally across the street, the Dollar Tree in the plaza less than a mile down the road( which also has a grocery store ShopRite), and Walmart a few miles away. Thus it can easily be integrated into errands or weekly grocery runs.
