This is the worst McDonald’s for getting what you ordered and worst for customer service. Always, always check your order before you leave. They forget fries that come with meals, they consistently give unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea, one time literally forgot a shake and chocolate milk for two happy meals. If you try to correct it at the pickup window, good luck finding a person who speaks English and understands what you are trying to say. Has gone down hill very quickly.

i have never encountered such a rude and disrespectful employee/customer service from mcdonald. my husband and i were trying to order breakfast thru the drive thru. we could barely hear the speaker volume was really low. the person who was taking our order could not understand what we are trying to order so we had to repeat it several times. He was very impatient and cut us off not letting us finish our order and just said to go to the cashier. when we asked to speak to the manager and to the cashier. the manager who talked to us refused to call the employee to talk to us to at least apologize for such poor customer service. it’s such a disappointing experience from a big company to not prioritize good customer service. i would think good customer service is one of the key in providing quality service. absolutely disappointed.

Three times I’ve gone to this McDonald’s and either wrong order or I wait forever for a simple order.
