I placed a mobile order (1651) on Nov 20 for pick up from Mcdonalds in Newport Mall, Jersey City NJ. I got to the restaurant at 5 pm and the order wasnt ready for pick up. After 10 mins, the order numbers being called out were way past my order number. I had promptlyasked the two male staff members in the front if my order was being made and was simply dismissed and told to wait. By 5:20pm, 20 mins after getting to the store, I had asked the two staff members again to follow up on my order. I have now been in the store for 20 mins waiting for a small order of a smoothie, nuggets, and fries. Again, I was dismissed, told to wait as my order is still not ready. I tried multiple times to ask them to check if they actually had my order, but both simply kept walking away. Meanwhile, the order numbers that are now being sent out are in 1670s-1680s. By 5:30pm, again I had asked for help and for a follow up on my order – one of the male staff members finally went to the woman arranging the orders. He was told that my order had already gone out 30 minutes ago. Rather than start preparing my order, the male staff member went back to preparing new orders. I asked, for the last time, if anyone was preparing my order as it has been 30 mins already. The male staff member simply shook his head no. I left the store without my order after wasting 30 mins.
