It was a convenient location to get coffee and something to eat. Affordable, but I do not like how the prices keep going up. I was a customer there for years. there. Made a shocking discovery there one morning on how mean the general manager is and that she can not be trusted. There was a pattern with how this general manager took my order. On April 18, 2023, there was a change in that pattern. The General Manager added an unwanted, nasty, mean, embarrassing and harassing comment when she took my order. I was very shocked and disturbed by the comment. She also left me a harassing voicemail message after I complained to customer service and she forced more unwanted comments on me. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from her boss in which she too made the same unwanted comments. I no longer feel comfortable going there. What a horrible way to treat a frequent customer who did business at the Garden State Plaza location for years. This manager embarrassed me to the customers and her staff. I never want to see her face again nor do I want her to service me again. That is very bad customer service. I no longer trust nor like the general manager. McDonald’s is a great place to eat. Unfortunately, the general manager ruined the customer experience and the relationship because of her rude comments. It is not safe for me to return there. If the general manager starts in with me, it could put me at risk of having the customers gang up on me and being embarrassed further to the customers and staff. There is also a risk that she may talk about me to her staff in Spanish. I could not get any justice after I complained to customer service. Customer service agrees on how unprofessional the management was but they have no jurisdiction. I did not get any justice from the management that did have the jurisdiction. All they did was continue to force the unwanted comments on me.

This is a pretty good McDonald’s, it does get crowded though alot because it’s in the mall, but service is always great, my only issue is that some customers, mostly teenagers, come in and record videos of the restaurant and post them, I think that’s inappropriate, it’s a busy pretty restaurant, so just take this into consideration..

Well you guys should fix the two orders machine that accept cards only for this Mc Donald’s restaurants and you guys should have faster workers so it could be better for the manger. Went I order my Mc Donald’s order instead of a medium fries they put this small fries bag as my order maybe the worker should change that like put the fries in the medium order and the fries in the small order so the customers won’t be confused with there order went they getting it. And also you guys need two trash bins there in that Mc Donald’s, restaurants so went the customers are done eating they will pick up there own trash and throw it in the bin so it could be less mess for the workers. And you the workers should change this medium bag into a small bag of fries.

This place was extremely crowded on 11/12/2022. This was my first time patronizing this McDonald’s in this mall. Even though it was crowded, there were no long lines and no long wait for the food. I got my food really quickly. The major concern for me was, there is a triple threat of respiratory illnesses there plaguing so many, this season, such as the Flu, RSV and Covid and masks aren’t being worn and there are no distance requirements.

This McDonald’s here is a rip off. I order the new holiday bundle that comes with two big Macs two fries and 20 piece chicken nugget and it’s supposed to come with two holiday pies. One of the managers there told me that the pies are not included in the bundle which is a lie because it’s advertised everywhere which states the PIES come included with the WHOLE MEAL. Then he had the nerve to charge me extra and told me that it’s not included.

Ordered online for pick up..I did not wait too long. The fries were stale. The rest was ok as expected. Used the restroom and when I came out the manager kind of reprimanded me for using isn’t telling me it’s for employees only, however, the bathroom is in the seating area with a regular “restrooms” sign, there was no signs whatsoever specifying “employees only” and the door was unlocked (that was a big turn off for me)

Its a small place without a lot of seating, but good news! The food court isn’t far away with tons of seating! They do actually get your order right the first time, but they can get really busy and can get bogged down very easily with orders and can have a bit of a wait time.

Person at drive thru taking orders had horrible customer service. Wife asked for a certain type of toy and the response of the male taking order was disgusting. They also placed 2 separate kinds of toys into the happy meal box as opposed to what she mentioned. Will skip this franchise from now on.
