Today I came to eat with my children, the young man named Idri helped me with my order. He went above and beyond to make my children and I receive amazing service. He even helped my children by putting the toy they wanted into their happy meals. Also helped me carry my food to the table. The atmosphere was super clean, including the bathrooms. The staff was great and the meals were hot. I think he is an all-star employee.

The general manager, Julissa, at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. There were several issues with my kiosk order, which I attempted to address at the counter. There were 4 employees (some on duty, some obviously off duty) standing around chit-chatting, none of which bothered to acknowledge me until I interrupted by saying “excuse me.” The receipt from my kiosk order printed out blank and I just wanted to ensure it had gone through. They then proceeded to tell me that the Frozen Lemonade that I had ordered on their kiosk was not a product they carried and did I want a regular lemonade. I was slightly disappointed in this, but ultimately decided that would fine and asked if there was a difference in price. Another of the employees went over to the kiosk to find the unavailable item I had attempted to purchase and the GM shouted a question to her from across the restaurant. When I attempted to answer that question for her, she rudely replied to me, “I’m not speaking to YOU, I’m TRYING to ask my coworker a question.” The other employee could not find the item until I walked her through it on the kiosk, during which time I overheard the GM saying on the phone to someone that a “customer is about to chew my head off.” Extremely unprofessional. The other worker then told me the regular lemonade was less expensive than the frozen lemonade, which was clearly untrue, as evidenced by my photos included. When I stated this to the GM, she was clearly irritated, rudely refunded my entire drink, did not offer to replace it with something else, and walked away without the number for corporate I requested numerous times. I then had to ask twice for someone else to ring me up for a new drink to go with my meal and once again engage with the GM for the phone number I had requested. With so many other McDonald’s to chose from, I do NOT recommend this location.

Thumbs down. Waited over 15 min. in a drive thru. That’s unheard of. Young lady taking your money is rude and never welcomes you. To top it I ordered a steak bagel sandwich and when I got home I opened the wrapper to see a burnt bagel. I couldn’t believe that s McDonald’s would serve that to their customers. That will be the last time I go to that McDonald’s. Worst place I ever visited. Photos as proof.

This location is just OK. Staff always seems annoyed to serve you and it seems that the focus is on the drive through. If you walk in to order you will wait quite a while for them to take care of the drive through before they help you. Food at this location is often stale and barley warm. Drive a bit down the road to the Hazlet location where they are ALWAYS on the ball with food and service.

My sister and I went to get food for our family for dinner. The drive thru girl was inpatient and rude. I got a Big Mac but they messed up the order and then forgot my sisters meal all together. We came inside to get help to fix it and we were ignored. A manager saw the line of people and ignored them and went to the back. The whole line was ignored and then finally a worker came up and asked if we needed help. We then explained what was wrong and was very sweet and helped us right away. The cooks who were putting together the sandwiches were nasty and we heard them talking about us from behind the counter. Never go here!!!

Thus McDonald’s is the absolute worse. They disregard their customers, bad mouth other employees and staff. Ordered food and they somehow lost my order and argued with me when I said I want my money or my food. Then threatened to call the cops. There employee are a disgrace and are disgusting humans. Worse mcdonald’s. Went through the drive thru and they didn’t give one meal and gave big mac with NO BUN. went inside. We waited and no one was coming to help us. there was so many people already waiting and no one was helping and they were ignoring everyone. the girl that was making the food argued about the bun for five minutes. GO TO ANY OTHER MCDONALDS.

This is far and away the worst mcdonalds in the area with the most uncaring and lazy employees out of them all. I get that it’s a fast food spot so I know you aren’t getting the best service but time and time again I always have issues when I go there and today was probably my last time going here. I went through the drive thru for a simple 2 burrito meal. Get to the window, pay, and was told to pull up and they will bring my order out shortly. Other people’s orders were getting fulfilled and after LITERALLY 20+ minutes based on the time on my receipt I went in to see if my order was ready and I walk in to the employees hanging on one another, quite a few were just standing staring into space, only like 1 or 2 were actually doing anything. After standing there for a few minutes and being one of 2 people in the whole store someone finally comes up to me and asks if they can help me and at that point I was fed up and just asked for a refund. He had to go and get someone else and after waiting again someone finally comes to the front. Now it is literally over a half hour after I paid and I let the girl know. She just takes my card and issues the refund and doesn’t even say anything, just turns and walks away. It is no wonder there are never any customers at this store compared to the ones in hazlet and aberdeen which are usually very busy. Just a terribly run store and it shows in their employees.
