The food is fine, typical mcdonalds. The problem is we’ve been there 5-6 times and they have messed up our order every time. On top of that the service is slow. And the manager is really pushy about filling out the survey, offering free ice cream or a burger for a good review. I just want to eat my food and go without being harassed.

come here quite often, usually not bad. ordered several sandwiches in the app yesterday, didn’t have time to check. guess what, when i got home, missing two. called them, told me i had to go back to get a refund. had to drive back the 2nd day, waited several minutes etc, meanwhile some employee kept telling me that i am blocking the way…. i just stayed near the counter… and then i tried to suggest to the manager that if the order has two bags. maybe they can mark the bag with something like part 1 part 2 so that whoever is delivering it to the parking lot knows there might be more than one bag. the manager (alex?) basically just ignored me. okay, alright, this is mcdonald, nothing fancy but there was no “we are sorry” or anything like that, i felt more like i did something wrong and tried to cheat them for $11 or something… very unpleasant experience. should have never come back for the refund.

They have the self service kiosk, which is not that bad but I order a coffee and they didn’t gave me cream or sugar. I had to go to the front desk and ask them for it and it seems like they don’t want to deal with clients. Because the lady told to reach over the counter to get it my self. In that case they should put it near the soda machine, for clients to help themselves.

The atmosphere is nice in side typical McDonald’s style. One time I had requested my food to brought to my car the employee brought me a Hi-C it was basically water with coloring. I don’t know if he was trying to be funny or it was a genuine mistake. But I went right inside and got myself a Hi – C from the machine and it was perfectly fine. He was a manager also might I add. So I would suggest you check your drinks before you leave. Haven’t been back since but McDonald’s no a days is no where near good as it used to be.

Me and my friend came at 7:30 pm for dine-in and they told they were closed already!! Their closing times were clearly advertised online as 11pm and there was no sign indicating early closure, nor did the staff bothered to explain us. Highly unprofessional!!
