They tried to rip me off and put pickles in my Chicken nuggets box! Fries were cold and hard. Drove back to the store and because it was 11:15 pm they tried to ignore me through the drive-through. Until I got out of my car and knocked on the window the young kid, then replaced the chicken nuggets, with actual chicken nuggets! I then asked for a receipt. He put a whole bunch of things on this receipt that none of this was mine.

And that’s being generous… I am missing food. Paid over $50 and I missing a quarter pounder and my 20 piece nugget. Can’t they ever get one order right. I am so upset. And the manager wouldn’t even fix it or refund my money. She said since I didn’t check the bags before I left…. that the missing food wasn’t her problem. I even showed my receipt after I drove all the way back to the store…. showed my receipt and told her about the missing food and she told me it’s not her problem and I should have checked before I left the parking lot.

I often wonder why McDonald’s restaurants are always so busy that people are willing to wait in the drive-thru line to get “fast food” when in reality, it’s not that fast! However, my son and I stopped in for breakfast just the other day and we were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere nowadays is more like a restaurant than a burger joint. The service was very friendly and pleasant. The dining room was clean and we even had our food delivered to our table. I would recommend your Mickey D favorites be savored inside, not in the car!
