Every time I go they forget one item on my order. I picked up breakfast for my daughter, son in law and grandkids on my way to their house, and they didn’t put my granddaughter’s hot cakes in the bag. The time before that they didn’t put my daughter’s cheeseburger in the bag.

Placed order inside the store. Messed my order up. Torrential downpour started as I was walking to my car. Realizing they messed up, I tried to get back in. In the maybe 45 seconds it took to walk to my car, they locked the door so no one could get in during regular business hours. Got drenched outside trying to get someone to open the door while everyone inside looked at me like I had three heads and ignored me. Even the girl that JUST waited on me and handed me my order. She just looked straight at me and ignored me. Called from my car. Explained that they messed my order up and forgot to give me stuff I paid for. Eli is who answered. I told them they can bring them out to me and he hung up the phone on me. I waited in the car for 9 minutes (checked my phone call log) before calling back and asking if they were bringing them out, Eli said they didn’t have any fries because their power went out. I told them to open the door, I’m coming in. Within 5 seconds sprinting from my car to the locked door that a customer opened for me from the inside, magically the fry holder was full of fries already made up and additional fries in the dump station….So the little brat just didn’t want to get wet.

Every time I go to this location I am asked to pull away from the window to wait for my food. Out of the last three visits, each time I am asked to pull into a mobile order pickup parking spot. This is of course to keep their times down at the window for waiting for food. A few weeks ago I must have waited ten to fifteen minutes after going into a parking spot. This location definitely needs the owners to come down and get the place running more efficiently

This location is truly awful. Within the last month or so we’ve gone through the drive thru 4 times and every time we’ve been asked to pull to the side and we wait for 5-10 minutes for basic menu items. Customer service is rude. And once we check the bag it’s usually missing something – fries, sauces we had requested, etc. Will be going out of my way to go to other locations in the future. I advise others do the same, especially if they’re in a hurry.

Everytime I come to the drive thru to make a small order I’m asked to pull up due to time restrictions for about 15 mins, this is for breakfast or lunch. Not only myself but a coworker had to leave behind his food after waiting for 20 mins. Nothing customer service about this location
