Every time I come here the African American tall gentleman with a mask on and facial hair / beard at the food pickup window is so awesome . He always waves to my 2 overly excited boys and makes sure I’m all good with everything in the bags etc . One time my order was placed wrong and he took the time to go run back to the kitchen and grab me the extra food for free that was necessary. Great customer service from him I wish I got his name !

I decided to stop by and get a my favorite delicious Big Mac Sandwich and after looking at the bottom of my bun I took it back to the store and was told McDonald’s are changing the seeded buns to have seeds on the top and on the bottom of their Quarter Pounder and Big Mac sandwiches They gave me a Fish Sandwich instead but after that experience I don’t know if I’ll never be eating McDonald’s again I wish I could post the picture to show it but Yuck

Honestly I’m very disappointed with the customer service that I have received. The person that was taking my order seemed upset for some reason and when I received my order I got a medium shamrock shake when I ordered a large. I had also ordered fries which came out relatively quickly but it took around 6.5 minutes and that only happened after the worker came back yelled at me for waiting and then giving me a medium shake. I just hope other people did not receive the same service that I did.
