I visit this McDonald’s on a fairly regular basis since it’s so close to home. On August 25, 2023 I purchased a kids meal for my daughter and a Mc flurrry for myself. When I got home, my daughter hadn’t even finished her meal before she began throwing up. I threw away all of her food and called McDonald’s stating their food made her sick, (this was the first thing my daughter ate that day). They also made her food wrong (ordered a kid’s plain cheeseburger with ketchup and only got ketchup). They didn’t believe me that their food made her sick and when I spoke to a supervisor/manager they stated the best thing they could do was give me another cheeseburger because “That is the best thing I can think of”. So you think I’ll order another cheeseburger to get my child sick again? The best thing you could have done was given me a full refund. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s again.

It’s insane that I am in the drivethru all I Order is TWO MCHCICKENS and they ask me to pull up and I did with no problem later to sit and watch them clear the entire line out of large bags one car with multiple.but u couldn’t jus make two mcchickens it’s mayo and lettuce and a patty this McDonalds never fails to be the worst around … never coming back, they were also put together like a 3rd grader and the lettuce looks disgusting

I did a mobile order today and the lady on the headset ask me if I needed to add or change anything I said no then she proceeded to tell me to change my attitude which I didn’t know saying no that I don’t need to add or change anything was giving her an attitude I just said no to the question she asked me I always come here because I never have a problem well that changed today with the lady on the headset the lady that handed me my food was very nice but the lady with the headset shouldnt say something about a customer when the customer can still hear her over the drive thru
