Placed an online order manager stated that the order didn’t come thru. The manager today at 245pm along with some goofy teenager started laughing. The kid said it’s an online drive thru order you should come thru the drive thru. I went out of my way to come inside tbis dump. Finally the manag r was able to find my order and said it wasn’t paid. I showed her the confirmation number that it was paid. I received no apology from the manager for the rude service and the 10 min delay in picking up my meal ordered in advance. Additionally my two large fries were half empty! Dissatisfied with todays service. The nasty manager could’ve offered a free ice cream cone for the inconvenience and her nastiness. But no. Not even an apology. Low class workers in this place.

Useless kids that work there pretty much screwed up the entire order. Since it’s only drive thru at night I guess they don’t care despite saying they understood. Would suggest going through your entire order on the spot before driving away. What a disaster of a location.

Just had the worst ever had experience at this Mc Donald’s … ordered a cheeseburger value meal and asked to have hamburgers instead … girl refused said over and over we don’t have hamburger value meals … I said then cheeseburger meal minus the cheese … she’s said “WE DONT DO HaMBERGER MEALS” I said you do, I’ve Ordered before she said “NO”… I told her @$x$&@ (explanative) and forget it and drove off … she ran out the door and screamed at the top of her lungs “don’t ever @&$&@‘n come back” so to her I say, I will come back if I choose to do so and I will order a hamburger value meal and I will expect to get it with proper polite service or I will contact the corporation and give another terrible review, maybe on more than one site if there is a next time. Shame on MCDonalds for not vetting and training employees properly anymore.
