The food is always fresh. If a mistake was made, they fixed the issues with no arguments. The service with drive-thru can be a little faster, or both drive-thru should be open. The atmosphere is great besides the traffic on 37. Overall, it’s a good place.

They are led by miserable and rude people. They closed their doors before 10:50pm when I pulled up at 39 weeks pregnant. My husband is waiting in the drive thru to make an order and I am trying to use the bathroom. The staff person refused to open the door for me as a paying customer to use the bathroom when they were not even supposed to be closed. THEN I asked throigh the drive thru at 11am when I finally got to the window and the manager didn’t even show empathy. She was willing to sacrifice our business by arguing with us and telling us to walk across the street and use the bathroom at Walgreens.

The food is usually good but lately I’ve been getting the dollar menu chicken sandwich meat when I order the deluxe Crispy Chicken sandwich. Has a completely different taste. I can tell immediately when I’m given the wrong meat. Also they get stingy with the condiments. I paid for extra syrup in the morning for my breakfast and they still only gave 1 which means I have to drive all the back around through the drive-thru to get what I paid for or park the car and run in! This happens every single time I order my families breakfast from there!! It’s really getting on my nerves that they take it so personal when some orders extra condiments as if in dipping my hand in their cookie jar or something!! Like wth ‍♀️
