Solid McDonald’s location. It’s clean, plenty of seating, and decent service. The only minor annoyance is that they are more focused on the drive thru. Depending on the employee, you could get a smaller soft serve ice cream size too. However, they provide a good overall experience.

We were told to park in a spot that was already occupied before being assigned one that wasn’t. Our order was brought out with no kids meal box or drink. They brought out the drink and said they’d already given us our meal – they hadn’t. We told them they had they went back in, brought out an order that wasn’t ours and gave it to someone else after my husband’s hands went through checking order. Employee came out and said he’d started making kids meal for us and was told to stop because we’d been given it. The guy tried to be helpful, but the girl didn’t seem to care about anything.

I was there today with my family. This particular attendant left the trays on the pickup counter without even calling our name or order number. When my son tried to get some salt and pepper from the attendant, he ignored him and kept working on some other orders while our food was getting cold, my son repeated “buddy why you ignoring me, he said, “Can you F—ing wait” when I intervened, he started throwing the “F” words on me. So called manager refused to provide his own name and the attendants name.

Placed mobile order yesterday. Drove to the store, waited in line. Pulled up to the box, said I’m here for mobile order, was told they had my order, pull to window 1. I arrive at window 1 and they’re saying the app isn’t working. Why not tell me this at the box? I have my card info saved I’m the app, but was told I needed to pay. I had no form of payment on me at the time aside from my phone. Was forced to leave with no order. Later, I get an email saying I was charged for an extra sauce packet, 25 cents plus tax, total of 27 cents. I was given no food and told my order did not go through. Terrible experience.
