Ordered a large fries and an icecream cone. They handed me a cone that had barely any icecream, looked nothing like the photo. When I asked them to remake it they told me they are limited to 3 ounces. Was child size at best. Got home to find the large fries was half full. This place is the most expensive McDonald’s in the area, and now they rip you off on the portion size too

First they mess up my son’s Cheese Burger with no pickle and ketchup. We also have 40 pcs nuggets with 2 bbq sauce and 4 sweet sour sauce, but they gave us none. When I went to them to get sauces, one of the clerk gave me 2 bbq sauce, so I said 4 sweet and sour sauce, she only gave me 2. So I told her, 2 more, then one male clerk, looked like a manager dropped a tray slammed the table and made loud noise in front of me before giving the sauces to me. Terrible service!

Servers are nice but French fries always room temp. at best. Just threw away 1/2 medium order, thru drive-thru. Ate immediately before driving away. Cold and tasted left over or reheated. This is the 3rd time! So not a mistake.

The average McDonald’s food but the restaurant was a disaster. The staff seemed like they were all rundown and demotivated. No attention to detail or care for the job they were doing. The ordering system was slow and the food was not made how it was ordered. It looked like they literally threw it together! Everything else was a mess. Garbage all over the floor, spilled drink, wrappers etc. it looks like to place had not been cleaned the entire day. I’ll find a better McDonald’s that is up to their standards next time.

The staff at this place is horrible, they talk back and forth with each other in Spanish, they are rude and disrespectful. Most of the time your order is screwed up. What’s missing is an on site manager and training on proper customer interaction which includes elder respect.

The APP said open till 1 and took the order, and confirmed. Show up, a half dozen cars are in the parking lot confused. The sign outside works. Nobody answers. Orders then all cancelled. Of course after we all drive out.

This is by far the slowest McDonald’s EVER. You always have to “pull up to the next window” and wait or into a parking spot and wait. You would think that this is a gourmet restaurant and not a FAST food spot. Additionally, you would think by waiting you would get HOT food but nope.
