Just handed my meal at the drive thru window. Asked, “Hi, is there ketchup in there ?” Employee says “Yes”. Handed bag, open bag. No ketchup. Why say “yes”, when you did not? Worse, no apology, here’s some ketchup, or visual acknowement, just threw some in my bag . Just some minimal customer service here would be nice, just the minimum. Food is fine though.
