Order thru mcdonalds app. Ordered for delivery but the app chose a location from a further place then should of. Called the store to cancel and lady said oh we don’t get online orders if they are more then a 100 ft away. I thought that was wrong but asked her to check anyway. She was like yeah no mobile orders. So I call uber eats and lady said driver was there and they arr making my order and is about to be on the way. I was confused but uber lady reassured it was my order. Delivery driver super nice. When open my order my son kids meal had no fries and no apple slices or sauce for nuggets. Order 10 piece paid extra for sauce and no sauce. Order 4 smoothies on hot day and no straws. Staff member seems miserable and missing items

The owners discriminated against us. The owners were obnoxious and rude. They refused to allow our service animal in and insisted on seeing “documentation” which was provided, although NY state laws specifically state that the establishment cannot ask for documentation even if the dog is not wearing a vest. We repeatedly stated our dog was a service animal but we’re not believed.
