I’ve been a lifelong fan of McDonald’s, and I am a definite fan of the newly renovated location that I frequent because it’s close to my house. The staff is also part of the reason I’m such a fan. You get quick, efficient service, and everyone’s always friendly and professional. I also love that I was able to order my food on my McDonald’s app, and a staff member brought it directly to my table. I for sure agree with their jingle, and I’m lovin’ it.

I used to go to this McDonald’s all the time and enjoyed it every Saturday for years it had nice trees in the parking lot to park under for shade in summer and a decent dining rm and some window seats. Then the ripped it down and killed all the trees and built this ugly gray box building with hard ugly seats. And planted a few subdivision type saplings in the parking lot. They still don’t have a drink machine. Never went back. East Northport McDonald’s better in every way and padded seats too.

Worst experience ever. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up. Gave them the order number and they asked me to drive up. And then, I was told that they don’t have that order and told me to reorder and they will send refund I’m several days. So, I asked for a refund order and I was told that they can’t do do that. I complained about how I can be ensured of a refund if there’s no refunded confirmation of some sort. And the manager simply shut the window on me. So, I left and had to order my lunch somewhere else. I called the corporate customer service and they were able to confirm the order was received by this specific location. This problem of this store and the manager’s inappropriate behavior has been escalated by the corporate office accordingly. I literally felt like I was the crook for paying for my food and getting the worst service ever. I only asked for a proof of my refund… but instead I got a racism look from a Caucasian male manager and no food.

I order a mobile order unfortunately i click for one items for some reason it wasn’t working correctly and added more of the item then I wanted. I asked the Supervisor who was so mean to me can you please cancel my order I asked her kindly and she was just rude and mean and said no that the store don’t cancel order or give refunds. I said why? She had an attitude and walked away. I see her talking about about me to another manager and I said excuse me are you the highest manager here. I can see the other manager hiding from me again. She said I’m the manager and I said no I can’t cancel your order. This is when I said where’s the policy that says that you don’t give refunds or cancel orders she gives me my old food because nuggets taste old and said call the manager on Monday. I don’t canceled or give refunds. I said can I have the # she said you can call the 800 number. I said what’s the manager name she said hold on walked to the back and I see her talking to the other manager again and she hides again and then returns and gave me a card. I asks her for her name and she refuse to give it to me. I didn’t want trouble so I left.

Love McDonald’s, they are fast but not always right. Yes, I’ll keep going there but it’s just weird how everyone I go to some McDonald’s, they manage to mess up my order by forgetting some part of it. I don’t think they are talking enough breaks. Reading a computer system for orders is probably taking a toll on their eyes.

This is my first time visiting one of the newly updated McDonalds. It’s interesting. They still have the counter where you can order with a real person but they also had 2 stations where you can place an order and pick it up at the counter. When we ordered at the counter they gave us a number and then brought the food to the table. That was nice – it’s been a while since we dined-in at a McDonald’s so I don’t remember if that’s the norm. Food tasted the same as McDonalds typically does and the kids were happy so as a parent that’s a win all around!

I ordered deluxe crispy Chicken and spicy Chicken for my kids. You know? When they ate burgers, both chickens were RAW!!! Whenever I called them, they didn’t anything for my order. Don’t go here.
