This place is nothing but trash! First, every time you drive to the drive-through you’re sitting there waiting for 25 minutes then you order and they can’t get it right! Nobody in this McDonald’s knows what they’re doing! I will never go back there again and I don’t recommend anyone else going there as well. Absolutely horrible. this is what you get on a crispy chicken sandwich no sauce nothing except for buttered pickles. Dry it’s just nasty.

Terrible experience today with the manager onsite was taking drive through orders. I order my meal and said coke no ice, fries no salt (she sighed inside the microphone) and fresh chicken. Who’s time I’m on while waiting? but mines, the audacity of a manager to conduct one business in that manner. I’m spending my money for her services that she’s obviously not comfortable providing. This place needs a better management system thats willing to provide the services one ask for.

I made a pickup error on my app purchase. I input the wrong location and when I got to the location I wanted, I realized my error. Instead of sending me in a direction that I didn’t want to go, the manager Anna, took care of me and fixed my error. She was a sweetheart. I’m glad to see there still are people out there who want to help others and make things easier. She’s an asset that I hope McDonalds realizes they have. Thank you again Anna!!!!
