Food quality was average. Their espresso machine was not working when I visited this location so they couldn’t make any of the McCafe espresso drinks I’ve ordered via mobile app. Service was ok. Restaurant was clean and spacious with a lot of seating in the dining area. Enough parking available.

This McDonald’s is the worst one I have ever gone to. Ordered 3 meals. They completely forgot a meal. Didn’t give ketchup, napkins, straws and the Loki sweet and sour sauce. And to make matters worse. This location doesn’t even have any of that stuff for customers to take. You have to go back to the counter and lean over it to get someone’s attention. Horrible.

Their service even didn’t deserve one star. I used the mobile order and curbside pickup yesterday. The first staff came out and carried a bag to check who ordered that meal. Why? Didn’t they check the curbside parking number for each pickup order? When the staff finally came to my car with the meal, I found three items missing! I told the staff and he said he will check. Then one minute later, another guy came out and said the meal was correct, I didn’t order the missing items. He said he checked the order and was correct. Then I showed him my mobile order and he had to acknowledge he made a mistake. He went in and went out the third time with the missing items. However, when I checked the items and was leaving, I found the sandwich was not the one I ordered. It was one with extra lettuce, but I ordered the one without tartar sauce, no lettuce at all. So I had to go inside the store and asked them to change into the correct one. Then, the most ridiculous thing happened. The guy, who said he checked the order and didn’t miss items at the beginning, told me that the sandwich was the exact one I purchased in my order and he couldn’t exchange except I paid the new one. I explained I ordered the one without tartar sauce many times before, how could it turned into the one with the extra lettuce? The guy didn’t want to listen nor check the order even I showed him the mobile order in my cell phone. He kept saying it might be I accidentally clicked the wrong items. I said I just reordered the items last time (MacDonald Apps has such function) and changed the quantity, I even didn’t go into the page to customize the meal, how could I accidentally add the extra lettuce? He still refused to exchange the wrong item until I insisted standing there and wanted the thing resolved. He madly grabbed the bag and threw it into the trash can and gave me the right sandwich finally. I was very upset by such rude manners and talked about this issue to the store manager. During the talking, the guy interrupted me many times and kept laughing. I couldn’t believe this store could hire such a guy to do the customer service and treat the people in such a rude, unprofessional and disrespectful way!! And such a person even was training the other interns!!! I filed a complaint with the customer service hotline. Really hope my experience will never happen to any other customers.

Without fail, every single time I order drive thru for my kids, I come home with either something missing (no beef patty inside the hamburger bun!), or the wrong order (I ask for no onions, no cheese, and they put it in anyways).

Please STOP salting everyone’s French fries. Table salt was invented for a reason!!! Or at least ask if I want salt. Service is slower than usual (sakes to pull over and wait). What happened to all the bright colors and welcoming caricatures we grew up to love?

If I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive through and they screwed up my order. I ordered two meals, the fries were not even half full. I also ordered a 4 piece nugget that was not in the bag.neither were the sauces I asked for. The cap on one of the sodas wasn’t even on and spilled all over me and my car. When I said something at the drive through I got an attitude as if I loosened it instead of trying rectify the issue I was blamed as if I did it myself. They never gave me what was missing, I just drove away and wasted money because I am not a confrontational person and they were very aggressively speaking rudely to me And my chicken sandwich looked like the picture, sloppy mayonnaise everywhere. Will NEVER go back!!
