I truly don’t know how one screws up a mobile order. I ordered through the app since I was a little bit of a distance away, and when I got to the pickup spot and checked in, the staff was very quick to bring out the food. I ordered 3 shakes on the app, a big mac (no pickles, lettuce, onions), and other food, but that doesn’t matter. I received 2 shakes instead of 3, and a big mac with just the big mac sauce. Didn’t even have cheese. I was confused, and looked at the ticket, and somehow they changed my order on the ticket from what I ordered online. How does that happen?
