I ordered food for pick up via app as I normally do however this time I chose the location I was closest to (626 montauk hwy Moriches) instead of the one I frequent (971 montauk hwy Shirley). This was a terrible Liston my part. When I arrived to pick up my food I was told my card declined. I saw the charge was already taken from my account so I told the window person and he said to move up to the next window and they’ll fix it. Ok. WRONG. The person at the second window said they couldn’t help me although they could see my order and name with the food right next to them. I went inside where I waited an additional 5 mins for help . After telling the person my issue, he got who I think was a manager (short round young woman who may or may not have been pregnant not sure) with different clothing but no name tag so I’m not sure. She could see my order, my name, and my food but could not give it to me because of “system issues”? After offering no solution, she had the audacity to ask me to “step to the side so she could help the other customers”! I was in shock with no food and wasted money and time. I will NEVER recommend or visit this location EVER AGAIN.

The manager is extremely rude and argumentative and the person they have at the window who takes the order does not understand English fluently. The manager came on the speaker and was very rude and argumentative I thought he was a kid when I pulled around to the front window he was a grown man just looking to argue with customers instead of trying to make me happy. I don’t go to McDonald’s to be argued with I come to this McDonald’s every single day at least four times a day for my coffee and breakfast for my grandchildren I am disgusted with this McDonald’s! Shame on you!
