If they make a mistake or have you waiting too long they give you a courtesy ticket for either a new meal or free medium fry etc…very nice staff and they keep the building clean. 8/10 recommend and for a mcdonalds that’s pretty darn good only issue was my daughter wanted a McCurry and they said their ice cream machine was not working and didnt offer an alternative or anything for her. That was the only thing dissapointing
