We came here for the TCM car show, as per usual every Saturday. Ordered our food and waited, there was only some teens, and a few girls in front of us, no big deal, so we waited, and waited some more,it became a little busy,watching people come in after us and get their food.

This location seems to have a high turn over rate with employees They seem friendly but don’t stay long I went there this week to try the new grimace shake It was ok but would’ve been better with a stronger taste like grape I don’t come here often anymore because it was a major mistake changing the fries which had a long history of greatness Since I don’t like the food (even though it’s close to work) I occasionally get hotcakes I eat out everyday but this isn’t a place I go often anymore

Didn’t order from the “app” so immediately had issues. They didn’t know how to enter what I wanted. Then I sat at the curb waiting for my food for 20 minutes. Got the wrong order (similar to mine but I got someone else’s). Person bringing it out to the car was great.

Not one person at this McDonald’s seems to have a sense of urgency at all. Everybody’s moving like they’re walking through molasses. Food is subpar. If you order close to closing time be ready for some microwaved garbage at that point

First off, this location had no clean areas to sit. All tables had food and used napkins on them and the floor. The soda machine had two broken signs on dispensers and two other were out of mix. And there were no salt, pepper, or any kind of condiments to be found. Garbage cans were overflowing on to the floor. I tried out the new kiosk, and went to the cleanest table available. The workers screamed out my table number rather than bringing the food to us as advertised. Said they were too busy to bring the food out to us. There were no special requests, just straight off the menu items. The food was luke warm at best, no where even close to hot. They forgot a sandwich, and when I asked for it with the receipt, I got a loud exhale with an eye roll as if I asked for some super special order. Also entered a survey with this same info and checked off I would like to be contacted from a rep from the franchise. No response yet in over a week. Will never visit this location ever again.

I would not recommend anyone to go here. We went inside to order our food. The cashier was high on drugs because she was shaking, nodding off, took her 2 minutes to find a button on the register and I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted. The back of house wasn’t any better there was no food in the warmer, they had cars parked around the building waiting on there food, it was very backed up, the cook wasn’t wearing gloves, he was very slow and the manager was arguing with the cook about relationship problems, I really don’t recommend food from here. I told the cashier that I would like my money back.

I’ve been living in the area for 5 years now, literally walking distance to this McDonalds. I have never left once from the drive thru with my complete order. Always something missing. Today 2-23-03 about 8 p.m. I drove thru, for the last time ever! I gave my order from the speaker and was told to hold on………. about 5 minutes later, I gave my order again and drove to the window. At the window they didn’t have the right order. I repeated my order and I was looked at like I had 2 heads. Another 5 minutes goes by and the guy with the headset on comes to the window and tells me I didn’t give my order. A Fish Fillet with cheese Meal with a Coke is not that confusing. I told them forget it and would never return there and the guy with the headset on tells me “so go then, I have only 2 weeks left here”. Now I know why this McDonalds doesnt keep workers or get ones that dont have a clue what the he’ll they are doing. DONT GO THERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! Gave them 1 star cause I couldn’t give less!
