Really takes the fast out of fast food when you get pulled to a parking lot in the drive thru every single time you order!! It doesn’t matter if your order is small, they’re pulling you to a parking lot and you’re waiting 10 minutes. Then they don’t know which space to tell you (bc they’re all full) so when the employee comes outside with a basket full of food they have to stop at all 10 cars because they don’t know who’s food is who’s. This is THE ONLY McDonald’s that does this to EVERY car.

This is ridiculous I’ve never had a worse experience here before. We tried to use the electronic order taker to find out after completing our order that it won’t take payments there and had to wait in line to pay at the register. After getting our food I took it home I don’t live more than five minutes down the road open up the bag to have cold unsalted french fries burnt chicken nuggets and all the wrong sauces. And to top it all off upon opening my cheeseburger the entire sandwich was slid apart in the package nothing was stacked on top of each other. And what made matters even worse is that this employee fight another girl over who was going to hand me my bag of food and then gave me the worst attitude me or my boyfriend has ever seen and I had never seen the girl before in my life so I don’t understand what that was about either.

Food & service here is terrible! If you order on the app or in the drive through you will be asked to park, even if you order one item! They then give you the wrong food or get the order wrong because they can’t keep track of the parked cars. As you can see, they will write your car on the receipt. Somehow they still manage to screw it up and make it seem like it’s your fault. Workers are then rude about it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This McDonald’s is a joke. Management should be fired for such unacceptable training. Also, don’t plan on getting a refund if they mess up which is almost always.

I was going to give a 5 star review untill I got to where I was headed and had time to actually check my order. They were nice in person and got the unsalted fries right and even put it in its own separate bag just out of courtesy but everything else in the order was wrong. I was in a bit of a hurry to take someone home then get myself home as well so I did not stop to check the bag. Wrong sandwich and the sauces for the nuggets we’re also incorrect. They even forgot the drink luckily I at least remembered that before pulling off.
