Brick and morter McDonald’s nothing great. Kinda understaffed and un organized mixed up orders my families orders came out burnt and bad tasting but the girl at the counter was to overwhelmed so we didn’t complain we just won’t go back. Do better McDonald’s do better

I go just about daily. The only person that seems to know what they are doing there is Mea. She is the only reason I return. I usually go on my way into work but lately I have gone to another McDonald’s on my way in. Everything I go I am missing something from my order or it isn’t the way I ordered it. This McDonald’s is being run by kids or VERY young adults. There seems to be no one over the age of 25 there. The food is not fresh and the customer service is awful with the exception of a few. And a few (maybe 3) is really what I mean. I would terminate the entire staff and start fresh because with the exception of a few, this is the reason this brand new McDonald’s is failing so miserably. Also, now I know why they run out of straws and cups. I ordered 3 large drinks, the girl at the window (whose attitude was terrible), gave me 5 straws. One of my cups had an extra cup on it. This McDonald’s runs out of straws and cups weekly. When they run out of straws they must go buy some at the local supermarket because they hand you an unwrapped straw with their bare hands. Gross!!!

Beautiful, clean brand building. Mainly the only downside is customer service. Now with 4 kiosks inside they usually make you wait at the counter until you get tired enough to use a kiosks instead. Friendly staff when you get someone. If you dine in they do bring the food to your table.

I’m absolutely appalled at this joke of a restaurant. It took multiple attempts to get our order right and after 2 attempts, we gave up and left. My fiance ordered a Smokey DOUBLE BLT quarter pounder with cheese. It’s your own menu item! It’s not like it was a custom burger! What we received was a messy, thrown together, SINGLE burger. There was a single guy behind the counter who was clearly the glue of that team and was doing his best to help the drive-thru and the dinning room work, but there’s only so much a single person can do.

Waiting in the drive through for 20 to 25 minutes at a fast food restaurant every night is ridiculous. McDonald’s in Hudson NY is the worst run McDonald’s anywhere. Management needs to be replaced.

They enjoy ripping people off. Totally understandable if a mistake is made…..we’re all human….but when i take the time to drive all the way back and you refuse to replace 1 cheeseburger and some fries when the entire order was $110? Kinda shady. Guess you win in the short term that way…..long term losers tho.

I asked for two kiddie cups for my boys and instead, they gave me cones in a dish. When I pointed it out, the cashier sighed with exaserbation as if I didn’t tell him at the window what I specifically wanted. Other than that, they’re usually great, just not this experience.

Went to get a drink and sit inside. The girl at the cash register was told to stop taking orders and just deliver food probably to drive through people . After 10-15 minutes we figured she wasn’t coming back to take orders for inside customers so we left
