This place has gone downhill the last few months. This isn’t just a small mistake when it keeps happening ,the first time I let it go but whoever’s the new manager here needs to do a better job! Also I called him and told him what had happened but very rude an disrespectful over the phone. I told him my sandwich has like no sauce on it and it was the wrong chicken sandwich that I got. He replied I watched them make your sandwich and it has lots of sauce on it and then he said also you didn’t order a deluxe sandwich and I said I can bring in my sandwich and my receipt to show you i did not order this and and you need to do a better job because this is the second time this has happened to me , also he says to me we are doing a great job and there isn’t anything I can do if you bring it back or show me because I know what you ordered and how it was made. The first time I let it go because mistakes happen but when this has happened to my friends and family lots of times it’s not just a mistake anymore.

We placed an order on the mobile app and got nuggets and fries. We eat our fries with ranch and Buffalo so we ordered extras. When we got to the store I ran in to grab the food and the manager calls me to the counter to say “so you got 16 sauces do you really need 16 sauces?” I am immediately taken back because as someone who works in customer service I know that is NOT to way you talk to your customers. So as I’m trying to push my frustration aside she continues on to tell me that I either have to pay for the extra sauces or she’s not going to give me the amount I ordered. I try to explain that I’m just the one running in to grab the food not the one who placed the order but she kept talking over me to repeat how excessive it was and that they’re going to make me pay for them if I want that many. I told her to just do whatever she wanted because I wasn’t the one who placed the order. She cut me down on my sauces. What confuses me is if your mobile app allows you to order that many sauces then does the restaurant not have to honor this? I know not all food chains have control over the app BUT it’s still something that should be honored. And to ask “do you really need that many?” Is so unprofessional. Purposefully embarrassing customer is ridiculous.

I ordered dinner for my family and paid for it on the app. My husband went to pick it up. He pulled up to the intercom and gave them my Mobil order number. He was instructed to pull ahead. He pulled up to the first window just to collect my printed receipt as the order was already paid for on the app. When he arrived at the first window nobody was there. He sat at the window waiting as he watched 3 cars ahead of him pick orders and leave. So figuring he had waited a bit he pulled ahead to the 2nd window. A young lady walked up to the window and said,” Did you pay??” To which my husband replied, “yes its paid Mobil order.” She said, “You have to stop at the first window so she can tell us that your order is ready.” My husband replies that he did stop at the first window and nobody was there. To which she replied, “You saw her coming!” And walked away….

Wow! By far the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! A little hidden gem up here in the North Country. Apparently they just finished an extensive remodel and it shows, it looks amazing! Beautiful interior and exterior and free built-in games at a few of the tables to keep the little ones entertained. To top it off, the staff is attentive, courteous, and and efficient. No problems making a grilled cheese for the vegetarian kiddo and even turned the burger buns so the nice toasted flat part was on the outside. I would visit this chain more often if they were all like this!
