One of the first ones in the area to get my whole order correct! Also One of the first ones in the area to be cordial & say a simple nice saying to their customer “Have A Nice Day & See You Again”! What an encouragement for repeat business & it only took 5 seconds while the young man was handing out the drink with a straw & the meal, making sure that all items were included such as napkins, ketchup & salt or sauces as needed. I used to be a manager in Bowling Green, KY for McDonald’s and I took pride in my work as well as my workers and taught them that a couple words of encouragement with customers goes a long ways & may encourage them to be repeat customers. Jazmine was very unprofessional and not very good at her job. She had an attitude and all the customers can see it. I asked to remake this mcchicken and she said she can’t because I’ve asked before about remaking food. I only ask to remake food if it’s sloppy. But yet she wouldn’t and after a minute of it in the package it was just a soggy mess. I can’t even go to this mcdonalds anymore due to her just ruining the experience for me.
